Welcome to Stellar Trade AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-driven trading automation software and quantitative analysis tools. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Software
Our platforms are designed for sophisticated traders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our automated market execution systems. Don't try to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models. It won't work, and it's against the rules.
2. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets carries significant risk. While our AI aims to optimize execution, we don't guarantee profits. Market volatility can be unpredictable. You'll remain solely responsible for your capital allocation decisions.
3. Intellectual Property
Everything you see here - the code, the UI, and the underlying quant logic - belongs to Stellar Trade AI. That includes our trade-marked signal generation methods. Respect the craft.
4. Subscription and Fees
We bill on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable once an execution cycle has commenced. We'll provide notice of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
